Ingredients
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup (two sticks, or 8oz) butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Allow butter and eggs to come to room temperature (could take several hours) or microwave the butter to make it soft but not liquid.
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- In medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt; set this aside.
- In large bowl, whisk together butter and sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour mixture.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing as you go.
- Bake 12 minutes.
