Prepare
- cooked brown rice, 4 cups
Add to skillet in turn:
- onion, 1/2 large
- garlic, 2 or 3 cloves
- jalepeno, 1
- lean ground beef, 1 pound
Optionally, add
- frozen peas
After it's all cooked, add
- mushrooms, 1 cup
- cream of mushroom, 1 can
After it's cooked, add
- sour cream, 1/2 cup
Mix into rice.
