Blend all in food processor:

  • garbanzo beans, 2 cans
  • lemon juice, 1/4 to 1/2 cup
  • tahini, 3 tablespoons
  • garlic, 4 cloves
  • salt, 1 teaspoon
  • olive oil, 1/4 cup
  • parsley, a few sprigs with stems pulled off
