Spiced Quinoa

Put all of these into a medium sauce pan:
- 3/4 cup quinoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Chicken Better Than Bouillon
- 1 3/4 cups water
Bring to boil and simmer for 25 minutes.
Then mix in
- 1 (14 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (pine nuts, walnuts, pecans, etc)
