Preheat oven to 425.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl:
- flour, 3 cups
- salt, 1 tsp
- sugar, 2 tablespoons
Mix wet ingredients in smaller bowl:
- eggs, 4
- milk, 4 cups
- vanilla, 1 tsp (optional)
Place in 9x13 pan:
- butter, 1/2 cup (1 stick)
and put pan into preheated oven.
